I'm Sudakshina Bhattacharya — an Executive, Leadership & Team Coach and Business Strategist.
I work with high-functioning founders, senior leaders, and leadership teams at inflection points—where clarity of thinking and decision-making directly impact results.
Two ways to start: low-friction learning or a focused clarity conversation.

I help leaders think clearly under pressure, strengthen internal authority, and make decisions that hold—without burnout, over-performance, or self-betrayal.
This work is especially valuable when the stakes are high: role transitions, succession shifts, scaling complexity, or leadership-team friction.
Business is the context. Leadership is the work. Clarity is the product.
I built and led an IT services and consulting business in India, scaling a 25+ person high-performing team.
My leadership experience includes roles such as Head of Department in education and leading high-performing teams.
I've held leadership roles with networks like BNI, JCI, and Rotary—strengthening stakeholder and governance fluency.
We work on judgment, identity, and regulation—so performance becomes sustainable under pressure.
I do not operate as HR-assigned or report-back coaching.
I coach leadership teams as systems: authority, accountability, trust, and decision-making.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and human performance. Early in my career, I led high-performing educators, including serving as Head of Department—where I learned how quickly clarity, authority, and culture shape outcomes.
I later founded and scaled an IT services and consulting business in India, focused on enterprise software delivery and digital transformation for global clients. Leading a 25+ person delivery team and consulting directly with business owners taught me that strategy only matters if the team has the psychological safety and leadership clarity to execute.
Over time, working closely as consultant with CEOs and leadership teams across MSMEs (often in founder-led and family-business contexts) sharpened how I coach: it exposed the real friction points behind performance—authority, accountability, trust, decision rights, and the human side of business-critical decisions.
I've also held leadership roles in networks such as BNI, JCI, and Rotary, which strengthened my perspective on peer leadership, governance, and relationship-based influence.
Across all of these contexts, the pattern is consistent: when leaders can think clearly under pressure and make decisions that hold, teams move faster and performance becomes sustainable. That is the work I do—grounded in Harvard Business School-trained strategy, ICF Associate Certified Coach rigor, and neuroscience-informed practice.
